| Match Report | Hedley Hat-Trick Seals win for CaradonBen Hedley scored in an impressive hat-trick as table-topping Caradon A ensured Duchy 3s started their league campaign with defeat. Hedley opened the scoring after only five minutes with a well taken reverse-stick finish, before David Lockett doubled the Caradon advantage mid-way through the first half, with the Liskeard-based club comfortably in control at half time. The second half followed a similar pattern, and when Hedley fired in his second of the day shortly after the interval, the result looked to be beyond doubt. Ben Parker gave duchya glimmer of hope with fifteen minutes remaining, sweeping home a rebound from an Owen Holton shot, however Hendly quickly struck again to seal his hat-trick and a 4-1 win for the league leaders.
