Dart hit for a Dozen by Table-Topping Duchy

10-man Dart A were hammered 12-0 by a merciless Duchy A, who remain top of South West Division 1. 

Duchy got off to a quick start, and despite missing two gilt edged oportunities in the opening exchanges, were 3-0 up by the mid-way point of the half with Martin Crump, Lee Selby and Justin Churchill all finding the net from close range. 

The home side dominated the match but took until the half-hour mark to extend the lead, with Crump scoring his second of the afternoon, before Selby made it 5-0 at the interval with a rebound from a Will McKenzie penalty corner. 

After the break Duchy continued to pile on the pressure and a procession of goals followed. Selby completed his hattrick three minutes into the half after Rick Seale's mis-struck penalty corner was parried by the Dart 'keeper, before Chris Pound claimed his 25th Duchy goal with a neat finish from 10 yards for 7-0. A fine run and cross from Max Chippett then saw Neil Bradford score his first of the afternoon for 8-0; ahead of Selby collecting his fourth of the day after guiding home a cross from Martyn Head. 

Justin Churchill brought up double-figures with fifteen minutes remaining, before Bradford made it 11-0 on the hour mark with his 40th goal for Duchy. The rout was completed three minutes from full time with Max Chippett scoring the pick of the goals, collecting a through-ball from McKenzie before hammering home a spectacular reverse stick effort.
