The Men's 2s were formed during the 2011-12 Season and joined the Verde Recreo Hockey League the following season; gaining promotion from South West Division 2 at the end of 2013. After six seasons in South West Division 1; and having narrowly missed out on promotion in both 2016-17 and 2017-18, the side finally achieved promotion to Southern Div. 2 in 2018-19 after a remarkable season which saw the team go through the entire campaign undefeated, and finshed mid-table in their new division in 2019-20. The Men's 2s are currently jointly-captained by two of the club's original founders, Stu Richardson and Simon Rafferty.
