The Women's 1s were inaugrated two years after the Men's 1s were founding and gained entry to the league for their maiden league season in 2011-12. After winning Trelawney Division 2 in their first campaign, the side have since competed in Trelawney Div. 1, narrowly missing out on promotion on three separate occasions; whilst picking up no less the four Cornwall Plate Winners' medals along the way. 2018-19 saw the side finally gain promotion to South Division after a fine season which saw the side win 20 of their 22 matches, however were relegated back to Trelawney Division 1 after the early curtailment of the season due to Covid-19, and will once again compete in Trelawney Div 1 of the newly-named Verde Recreo West Hockey League. The Women's 1s are currently captained by one of the club's longest standing members, Katie Lamble.
